According to the program's page, "The Open Window funds quality impact evaluations of interventions aimed at improving social and economic development in low and middle-income countries. It accepts proposals on any theme, and there are no pre-established funding limits."

ANDE is seeking an Impact Assessment Manager to support the further growth and development of the ANDE metrics and evaluation effort.  He or she will facilitate the ANDE adoption and incorporation of IRIS with its members.
