Alumni are often the most undervalued and underutilized asset available to a business school. A strong alumni network offers a business school the opportunity to grow relationships with employers, develop mentors to help current students, build a brand, assist recruitment and, of course, fund raise. But what do alumni want in return? And in a world of social media, what's the best way to keep in touch with alumni?

Andrew Crisp from CarringtonCrisp will provide a review of new research with business school alumni worldwide examining what they want from the business school relationship.

Edith Kennedy, Manager, Alumni Relations at the University of Stellenbosch Business School will look at the practicalities of running alumni relations.

  • with practical tips on how to build effective alumni networks
  • examples of best practice in working with alumni
  • up to date insights from alumni on what they want from the business school relationship
