Do you want a better and more complete sense of the impacts your organization is having on the individuals and communities with which you work? Join the William Davidson Institute for a 2.5 day ANDE-sponsored workshop focused on measuring outcomes.

Learn how to apply the Base of the Pyramid Impact Assessment Framework to your programs.

This 2½-day training workshop will provide small and growing businesses (SGBs) with the information they need to identify and track their local poverty alleviation impacts. Measuring these impacts will help small and growing businesses (SGBs) maximize mutual value creation and develop more sustainable and scalable business models. Participants will learn from a unique mix of case studies and engage in discussion-based lectures to gain a better understanding of what is involved in measuring impact. The BoP IAF has been implemented by private, non-profit and development organizations across the globe (see below ‘A Tool for Managers’ for more on the BoP IAF). Using this framework, workshop participants will also:

  • Perform an initial assessment of their own organization’s outcomes
  • Learn key issues to consider in developing and implementing a robust and cost effective data collection strategy
  • Leave with a customized actionable plan to share with their team and implement to regularly collect impact data

Dates: May 7-9, 2013
