The Graduate School of Business Administration, otherwise known as the Wits Business School, (WBS) was established in 1968. The vision of the School is to engage in critical thought and enterprising action that develop emerging economies and societies in transition.
It is located in Johannesburg, one of the largest and active economic business hubs in Africa. The School is entirely postgraduate in nature and offers an extensive range of degrees, and executive programmes. The WBS academic faculty is drawn from a number of nationalities including South Africa, Sweden, Great Britain, Germany, Zimbabwe, Ghana, Ireland, USA and Madagascar. The School is highly regarded locally and in different parts of the world.
