This highly interactive three-day seminar provides program managers, directors, administrators and project managers who are dealing with design, promotion, and delivery of educational programs, as well as other professionals responsible for developing, coordinating, and streamlining program management processes and methodologies, with useful tools, insights, and ideas for successfully managing their programs.
Class sessions include briefing by experts, teamwork, group discussions, and case analyses of good practices, issues, and challenges faced by the program managers in their day-to-day work. Over 220 participants from 30 countries have participated in this unique program so far.
Experienced practitioners of business education from Europe, Canada and US will lead the seminar:
