CEEMAN’s IMTA (International Management Teachers Academy) program provides a unique opportunity for young faculty to improve their teaching skills, methods, and materials, and includes teaching using cases, case writing, course design, curricula development, and performance evaluation and feedback to students. The program is also designed to improve competences and skills integral to specific managerial disciplines (Finance, Leadership and Change Management, Marketing, Strategy and, for the first time in 2012, Business & Society), and provides input essential in other areas of a faculty member’s professional life, such as consulting, institution development and administration, and social responsibility. 10-22 June 2012, Bled, Slovenia
