The program, aimed at improving operational excellence at management development institutions, will help participants to understand the complex role of the Program Manager (meeting the expectations of customers while gaining the cooperation of faculty and university leaders, integrating program development and marketing) and strengthen the leadership skills of the Program Manager (developing and motivating staff, working with faculty, and handling the pressures of the job).
Intended for program managers and directors, as well as all those dealing with design, marketing, and delivery of educational programs, this unique seminar has been enjoying high demand and positive feedback for over five years now, attended by close to 200 participants from 30 countries.
Hosted by IEDC-Bled School of Management, a GBSN member school, and led by experienced practitioners of business education from Europe, Canada, and US, the classroom sessions, group work and engaging discussions with peers from diverse international backgrounds provide a great platform for sharing experiences and gaining new knowledge and perspectives.
For more information on specific topics and format, as well as participant testimonials and interview with two of the key faculty members, Mike Page and Dianne Bevelander, is available at www.ceeman.org/pms.
