The Chicago Microfinance Conference (CMFC) is a collaborative effort among several graduate business and policy institutions that brings together practitioners, academics and emerging industry leaders to advance the strategic debate of the future of microfinance.

The conference is sponsored by the Emerging Markets Group at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, the Harris School of Public Policy Studies at the University of Chicago and the Zell Center for Risk Research at Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
