December 15, 2008 | The Financial Times has published an article written by Jonathan Cook of the Association of African Business Schools, entitled "Soapbox: How to build capacity in Africa."

"Africa is better known for its challenges than its opportunities; as a destination for aid rather than a source of insight. But the very differences it offers Europeans and Americans create opportunities for rewarding discoveries..."

Jonathan Cook is senior lecturer at the University of Pretoria’s Gordon Institute of Business Science and a board member of the Association of African Business Schools, a proud partner of GBSN.
