10,000 Women academic partner, Tsinghua SEM, is recruiting women across China for its 10,000 Women program. The program seeks to recruit women with existing SMEs particularly in northern China including a special cohort of scholars from Inner Mongolia for fall 2011.
Tsinghua SEM has already graduated almost 200 women from its program. To qualify for the program scholars must meet the following criteria:
· Chinese national
· Junior college level and above
· Currently operate a business with growth potential
· Demonstrate leadership and strong entrepreneurial ability
