INSEAD in Lagos, Nigeria !

After Johannesburg and Nairobi in 2010, the Africa Initiative pressed on with their Africa Roadshow to Lagos, Nigeria in February 2011 where a series of events where held with mid to senior executives

The Faculty Speaker Event, attended by more than 100 participants, was graciously hosted by Guinness Nigeria Plc, a brand of Diageo Africa. Professor Roger Lehman, Affiliate Professor of Entrepreneurship and Family Enterprise at INSEAD, spoke about "Innovative Leadership: Getting it Right"

The inaugural Africa Leadership Forum was launched under the sponsorship of Secure ID. Facilitated by Professor Roger Lehman, the interactive breakfast workshop with 19 CEOs and board members of Nigerian companies took a closer look at Effective Leadership - how to develop your high potentials

As a result, MBA programs cannot attract the best local students or faculty and often lack the leadership prowess necessary to effectively position themselves within the market.
