Solar Africa

Join Rick (INSEAD 11D) on his epic 7,000 km cycling journey from Cape Town to Nairobi to promote renewable energy, raise funds for the solarisation of 20 schools in Zambia and change the lives of more than 4,000 children through education

McKinsey and the Africa Initiative in Dubai

On 28 October, the Africa Initiative in collaboration with the UAE Alumni Association invited Dr. Herbert Pohl, Partner at McKinsey Dubai, to share his experience in diversifying economies through infrastructure development and financing in Emerging Markets. Dr Pohl gave a talk on "Economic development and diversification through urban development in Africa". About 50 people - Lagos Business School Alumni, INSEAD alumni, and friends - participated in the event


BOS Africa with Lagos Business School Alumni

From 24 to 28 October, the Lagos Business School brought 20 of their alumni to participate in the "Blue Ocean Strategy" programme on INSEAD Abu Dhabi campus. Part of the learning journey also included company visits to local organisations and the speaker event with INSEAD alumni (read above)
