The Government of the Republic of Congo (Brazzaville) has requested
GBSN to explore interest on the part of leading business schools in
setting up a high-quality international business school. GBSN agreed
to take the lead in seeking academic partners for the project. This is
a project of great potential strategic significance because the Central
African region is a major and growing source of key raw materials.
GBSN is pleased to announce that the first cohort of the Mid-Level Management Training program (MLMT) has come to a successful conclusion in Abuja, Nigeria. The MLMT was sponsored by Nigeria’s National Primary Health Care Development Agency (NPHCDA) to strengthen management capacity in the health sector as a catalyst to improving health outcomes. Duke University provided technical assistance to the NPHCDA, collaborating on the development and delivery of the program from the beginning.
The Babson Venture Accelerator has been established at Babson College to support and advance student entrepreneurs in each phase of their startup venture—from opportunity exploration and pursuit with an action plan to the ultimate launch.
