For over fifty years, Africa-America Institute's African higher education and training programs have provided university, graduate-level, and professional training scholarship programs for Africans in fundamental capacity–building fields, including agriculture, business and finance, education, government, health care, science and technology.


GBSN is a member of the Aspen Network of Development Entrepreneurs (ANDE), a member‐driven organization housed within the Aspen Institute. ANDE members are leading intermediaries (firms providing capital and/or business development services), funders, and experts who share a common desire to create a movement to unleash the potential of small and growing businesses (SGBs) in emerging markets.

Business Call to Action


The Business Call to Action (BCtA) is a global initiative that seeks to harness the power of business investments to reduce extreme poverty and improve the lives of millions. Launched in 2008, the BCtA challenges companies to develop inclusive business models that offer the potential for development impact along with commercial success.


Corporate Council on Africa


The Corporate Council on Africa (CCA), established in 1993, is at the forefront of strengthening and facilitating the commercial relationship between the United States and the African continent. CCA works closely with governments, multilateral groups and business to improve the African continent's trade and investment climate, and to raise the profile of Africa in the US business community.



 CEEMAN is an international management development association established in 1993 with the aim of accelerating the growth in quality of management development in central and eastern Europe. It is a global network of management development institutions interested in quality of education and innovations in this field, as well as in the broad area of subjects related to change.

Challenge Future


 Challenge:Future (C:F) is a global youth competition on innovation and sustainability and a think tank focusing on acceleration of ideas, talent and multi-cultural collaboration of youth for the world’s prosperous future. It offers a variety of platforms serving to give young talent at all levels of society and all around the globe the possibility to gain profound experience as they think about the future and get a chance to influence it in a positive way.


 The Emerging Markets Development Advisers Program (EMDAP) of the Institute of International Education, Inc. (IIE) was initiated in 1992. Since then, 220 Advisers have provided business assistance to 140+ businesses and organizations in 46 USAID-assisted countries. EMDAP advisers — all students and recent graduates of U.S. MBA or Masters Programs represent 84 graduate schools.




EFMD is an international membership organisation, based in Brussels, Belgium with over 750 member organizations from academia, business, public service and consultancy in 81 countries. A unique forum for information, research, networkingand debateon innovationand best practice in management development, EFMD is recognized globally as an accreditation body of quality in management education with established accreditation services for business schools and business school programmes, corporate universities and technology-enhanced learning programmes.



The Global Health Council is the world's largest membership alliance dedicated to saving lives by improving health throughout the world. Their diverse membership is comprised of health-care professionals and organizations that include NGOs, foundations, corporations, government agencies and academic institutions that work to ensure global health for all.

Global Management Challenge


The Global Management Challenge USA is US-based company that is part of the world’s largest strategy and management simulation competition operating since the late 1970s and currently in over 40 countries. It consists of a strategy and management online-based simulation in which each team runs a virtual company, with the objective of finishing with the highest company share price on the simulated stock exchange.

Management Sciences for Health (MSH), a nonprofit organization which seeks to increase the effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainability of health services by improving management systems, promoting access to services, and influencing public policy.

Principles for Responsible Management Education


The mission of the Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME) initiative is to inspire and champion responsible management education, research and thought leadership globally. The PRME are inspired by internationally accepted values of corporate responsibility such as the principles of the United Nations Global Compact.

Results for Development Institute


Results for Development Institute (R4D) is a non-profit organization whose mission is to unlock solutions to tough development challenges that prevent people in low- and middle-income countries from realizing their full potential. Using multiple approaches in multiple sectors, including Global Education, Global Health, Governance and Market Dynamics, R4D supports the discovery and implementation of new ideas for reducing poverty and improving lives around the world.


Society for International Development


Society for International Development-Washington serves as a knowledge broker for ideas and best practices, connecting a diverse global forum of individuals and institutions concerned with international development. SID-Washington achieves its mission as a forum for the development community through regional and topical workgroup events, monthly chapter events, and special programs.

The Volunteers for Economic Growth Alliance (VEGA) is a non-profit organization that brings together its 23 members to implement economic growth projects overseas. All VEGA members incorporate highly-skilled volunteers into most or all of their programs. Nearly all VEGA programming contributes to USAID’s global initiatives. VEGA’s 36 programs are located in 28 countries. The overall focus for all programs remains the same: to build sustainable enterprises that contribute to prosperous economies.
